Blanket Loan is a single loan that covers two or more properties under one note, typically used in fix-and-flip rolling acquisitions or small portfolio aggregation at acquisition time. Different from a portfolio loan — it's short-term, not long-term rental. Most common in commercial multifamily aggregation deals.
